The Position:
Create and prepare delicious, high-quality meals in a vibrant, fast-paced kitchen at a luxurious ski resort
Follow thoughtfully designed menu plans and recipes curated by the Head Chef
Support the smooth running of daily kitchen operations by maintaining a clean, safe, and allergen-aware environment
Help manage portion control and contribute to reducing food waste
Present each dish beautifully, with an eye for detail and elegance
Collaborate with the kitchen team and communicate effectively with front-of-house staff to ensure an outstanding guest experience
The Person:
MUST have full working rights
Chef applicants must have a Cert III in Commercial Cookery
Experience working in a fast-paced, quality-driven kitchen environment
Strong attention to detail in food preparation, presentation, and consistency
Passion for cooking with fresh, seasonal, and locally sourced ingredients
Able to adapt dishes to suit dietary requirements and special requests
Knowledge of food safety standards, allergen management and infection control
