The Position:

  • Create and prepare delicious, high-quality meals in a vibrant, fast-paced kitchen at a luxurious ski resort
  • Follow thoughtfully designed menu plans and recipes curated by the Head Chef
  • Support the smooth running of daily kitchen operations by maintaining a clean, safe, and allergen-aware environment
  • Help manage portion control and contribute to reducing food waste 
  • Present each dish beautifully, with an eye for detail and elegance
  • Collaborate with the kitchen team and communicate effectively with front-of-house staff to ensure an outstanding guest experience

The Person:

  • MUST have full working rights 
  • Chef applicants must have a Cert III in Commercial Cookery 
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, quality-driven kitchen environment
  • Strong attention to detail in food preparation, presentation, and consistency
  • Passion for cooking with fresh, seasonal, and locally sourced ingredients
  • Able to adapt dishes to suit dietary requirements and special requests
  • Knowledge of food safety standards, allergen management and infection control
