• 5 days over 7, occasional weekends, flexibility required.
• $28.00 per hour plus casual loading

Restaurant Associates are a team of world class hospitality and fine-cuisine professionals, delivering contemporary food solutions and service across leading corporations and iconic venues across Australia.

The Position:

• A la Carte restaurant service experience essential
• Daily operations of the Garden Restaurant kitchen providing high quality seated lunches
• Predominately lunch service with evening services as business requires.
• 5 days out of 7, occasional weekends, flexibility required.
• Ambition and support to make this a true destination restaurant.

The Person:

• Certificate III Commercial Cookery or equivalent, with +2 years of experience in a similar role
• Pasta making experience desirable
• Mediterranean/Modern Australian food background desirable
• Comfortable working under pressure, unsupervised and to tight deadlines
• Strong attention and respect for OH&S, Food Safety & HACCP regulations
