The Position:
A la Carte restaurant service experience essential
Daily operations of the Garden Restaurant kitchen providing high quality seated lunches
Predominately lunch service with evening services as business requires.
5 days out of 7, occasional weekends, flexibility required.
Ambition and support to make this a true destination restaurant.
The Person:
Certificate III Commercial Cookery or equivalent, with +2 years of experience in a similar role
Pasta making experience desirable
Mediterranean/Modern Australian food background desirable
Comfortable working under pressure, unsupervised and to tight deadlines
Strong attention and respect for OH&S, Food Safety & HACCP regulations
