THE POSITION
- Preparing high-quality meals for a corporate environment
- Collaborating with a dynamic team to deliver exceptional service
- Maintaining kitchen cleanliness and food safety standards
- Assisting with menu planning and execution
- Championing the significance of allergy awareness and ensuring controls are adhered to
- Influencing food costs via portion control, waste minimisation & stock control
THE PERSON
- Minimum Cert. III Commercial Cookery
- Experience in functions and events, in house catering - high end casual dining
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting
- Strong attention to detail and creativity in food preparation
- A positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
- Solid understanding of allergen management, food safety and infection control
- Availability Monday to Friday - minimum 25hours per week
