About You
You are an experienced and professional chef who thrives in high-end environments. You take pride in your craft, remain calm under pressure, and enjoy collaborating with a team to deliver exceptional dining experiences. You bring technical expertise, attention to detail, and a commitment to contemporary, creative cuisine.
You will demonstrate:
Minimum two years’ experience as a Chef de Partie or higher within a corporate dining, fine dining, or five-star hotel setting Ability to create restaurant-quality plated dishes with modern flavour profiles Strong knife skills, technical cookery knowledge, and allergen awareness Experience across functions, plated service, and event environments Excellent understanding of food safety and hygiene standards Impeccable personal grooming and professional presentation A collaborative and team-focused attitude
