 The Position:

• Conduct site inspections, client meetings and liaison, create detailed event orders, invoicing and floorplans & written correspondence to the highest standard with the support of the senior sales coordinator.
• Establish a strong and attentive relationship with clients to ensure the event is executed as planned
• Work co-operatively with operations and kitchen teams to coordinate every aspect of our events to ensure seamless delivery
• Maintain relationships with external suppliers including equipment, theming, photographers and audio-visual companies
• Conduct follow-up correspondence with clients and respond to feedback
• Provide a warm, friendly and welcoming service to customers and clients

The Person

• Previous experience in function venue or similar environment preferred
• Experience within the catering or hospitality industry preferred   
• Experience in front of house service and room set ups
• Strong attention to detail and time management skills
• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
• A warm, friendly, professional manner towards all clients and must be a team player
• Responsible Service of Alcohol
• Proficiency in Priava, or other similar event management software and strong IT skills
