We’re on the hunt for an experienced Head Chef to lead a premium corporate catering operation in the heart of Brisbane. This full-time role is perfect for a chef who thrives in a professional, fast-paced environment and is passionate about delivering high-end dining experiences.
You’ll be leading culinary operations for a prestigious corporate client, focusing on fine dining, executive catering, and polished corporate events—Monday to Friday, with occasional evening functions.
What we’re looking for:
5+ years’ experience in senior kitchen roles, ideally in corporate or high-end hospitality
Proven leadership in running daily kitchen operations with a focus on quality, consistency, and innovation
Creative flair in menu planning with a strong focus on local, seasonal, and plant-forward ingredients
Ability to inspire and mentor a high-performing team
Strong hygiene, food safety, and stock control skills
Excellent client-facing communication and a polished, professional manner
Budgeting and cost control experience, plus confidence using digital systems (e.g. ordering, payroll)
