Workplace Co-ordinator  – Full Time

Location: Sydney CBD

THE POSITION

• Oversee catering, meeting room bookings, and front-of-house services
• Coordinating all reception duties including customer service via phone, walk-ins, and email
• Exceed client expectations through effective team management
• Build strong relationships with key stakeholders 
• Events and spaces through coordination and communication and attention to detail 
• Communicate efficiently and effectively with all stakeholders to ensure a co-ordinates and seamless service is provided.

THE PERSON

• Strong leadership skills with the ability to multitask and prioritise agendas 
• Experience in a high-volume corporate or large-scale environment preferred
• Excellent budgeting, analytical, and problem-solving skills
• Adaptable decision-maker in a dynamic environment
• Valid Police Check or willingness to obtain
