The graduate program gave me exposure on the wealth of network and opportunity that is within Compass’ reach. I addressed a gap in training for new site managers and proposed a pathway for internal development. It was rewarding to see programs like Leadership Academy and the Urban Graduate Program come to fruition since then.

APPRENTICESHIPS

The Compass Group Future Culinary Leaders Program helps employees gain a Certificate III in Commercial Cookery through hands-on training in our kitchens and TAFE campuses. After a three-month site introduction, you’ll apprentice with leading chefs, access top facilities, and receive a uniform, knife kit, mentorship, and competitive pay. The program offers career support, wellbeing resources, and guaranteed employment upon completion, with Recognition of Prior Learning available for experienced candidates.
