$28.00 / hour + 25% Casual Loading

The Position

• Dishwashing using a commercial dishwasher
• Assist the kitchen to prepare and present food and beverages
• Make sandwiches and salads for the children and staff
• Provide friendly customer service
• Fast paced environment
• Read and pack lunch orders
• Collaborating effectively with the team to ensure smooth operations
• Adhering to hygiene standards and following proper food handling practices.

The Person

• Must have minimum 3+ years of FOH experience across retail, cafe, function
• Some experience with coffee making is advantageous
• Current Working with Children Check, or ability to obtain
• Have strong organisational skills
• Excels in high-pressure environments
• Thrives in collaborative, small-team settings
• Possesses hands on experience with POS systems
• Friendly, customer-oriented attitude
• Being flexible to handle diverse tasks, from food prep to cleaning based on the needs at that time
• Strong attention to detail, cleanliness, and presentation
• Willingness to follow instructions and site specific procedures precisely
• Proven punctuality and reliability
