Assistant - Catering
Catering Assistant
$25.86 per hour + 12% Super
- Enjoy having school holidays off as well
- Primarily Monday - Friday with functions and event shifts available
- Work close to home in the Yarra Valley.

The Position
- Assist the kitchen to prepare and present food and beverages
- Provide friendly customer service
- Fast paced environment
- Operate the till to take orders and process transactions
- Collaborating effectively with the team to ensure smooth operations
- Adhering to hygiene standards and following proper food handling practices
The Person
- Experience with customer service and basic food handling experience is desired
- Some experience with coffee making is advantageous
- Current Working with Children Check, or ability to obtain
- Have strong organisational skills
- Excels in high-pressure environments
- Thrives in collaborative, small-team settings
- Possesses hands on experience with POS systems
- Friendly, customer-oriented attitude
- Being flexible to handle diverse tasks, from food prep to cleaning based on the needs at that time.
