Catering Assistant
$27.50 per hour + Super
- Enjoy having school holidays off
- Tuesday to Saturday 6am - 2pm shifts

The Person
- Experience in a premium buffet environment.
- Ability to handle and serve food safely.
- Strong attention to detail, cleanliness, and presentation.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a large service and kitchen team.
- Strong time-management skills.
- Flexible attitude and willingness to support different service areas as required.
- Commitment to maintaining high service standards at all times.
- Background in hospitality highly advantageous
- Current Working with Children Check, or ability to obtain
- Has I'm Alert and Food Safe training
- Friendly, customer-oriented attitude
- Being flexible to handle diverse tasks

- Basic food preparation (garnishing, portioning)
- Assist the kitchen to prepare and present food and beverages
- Provide friendly customer service
- Fast paced environment
- Operate the till to take orders and process transactions
- Collaborating effectively with the team to ensure smooth operations
- Adhering to hygiene standards and following proper food handling practices.

- Friendly, customer-oriented attitude
- Being flexible to handle diverse tasks
