$27.50 per hour + Super

The Person

• Experience in a premium buffet environment.
• Ability to handle and serve food safely.
• Strong attention to detail, cleanliness, and presentation.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a large service and kitchen team.
• Strong time-management skills.
• Flexible attitude and willingness to support different service areas as required.
• Commitment to maintaining high service standards at all times.
• Background in hospitality highly advantageous
• Current Working with Children Check, or ability to obtain
• Has I'm Alert and Food Safe training
• Friendly, customer-oriented attitude
• Being flexible to handle diverse tasks

The Position

• Basic food preparation (garnishing, portioning)
• Assist the kitchen to prepare and present food and beverages
• Provide friendly customer service
• Fast paced environment
• Operate the till to take orders and process transactions
• Collaborating effectively with the team to ensure smooth operations
• Adhering to hygiene standards and following proper food handling practices.
