As a Casual Event Planning Administrator, you will be the backbone of our event planning team – ensuring seamless coordination, exceptional communication, and efficient administration support. This role is perfect for someone who thrives on organisation, enjoys problem-solving, and wants to be part of a world-class event environment.
The Position:
Respond to inbound enquiries for functions and events in a timely manner.
Assist with preparing catering quotes, proposals, event orders, and kitchen worksheets.
Support internal teams by ensuring event details are accurate and up to date.
Provide administrative support including meeting agendas, data entry, portal administration, delivery scheduling and billing.
Liaise with clients, suppliers, and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth event delivery.
Contribute to event follow-up processes, including client feedback and invoicing.
Uphold Levy’s safety, quality, and service standards at all times.
The Person:
Strong attention to detail and highly organised.
Excellent time management skills with the ability to multitask.
Clear written and verbal communication skills.
A positive, flexible, and proactive team player.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
Previous experience in event administration, planning, or coordination (hospitality background desirable).
Knowledge of Priava/Momentus Elite or Canva is advantageous but not essential.

This is a casual position with Levy at the Australian Open, based at Melbourne Park commencing beginning November 2025 and extending until late February 2026. Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends, is essential.
