The Position:

• Support the Head Chef in leading daily kitchen operations and service delivery.
• Supervise and mentor chefs and kitchen team members.
• Ensure food quality, presentation, and consistency meet premium hospitality standards.
• Maintain food safety, hygiene, and workplace safety requirements.
• Contribute to a high-performing team delivering exceptional guest experiences.

The Person:

• Previous experience as a Sous Chef or Senior Chef in a high-volume hospitality environment.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop teams.
• Passion for delivering exceptional food and guest experiences.
• Excellent organisational skills and ability to perform under pressure.
• Flexible availability across evenings, weekends, and public holidays during the Australian Open campaign.

These are casual contract roles that will commence from October unless otherwise communicated. Please note that commencement of employment does not guarantee shifts from this date. Shifts will be allocated in line with operational requirements, with rostering for the Australian Open campaign commencing closer to the event. All onboarding and training will be provided prior to commencement.
