The Position:

•  Provide exceptional customer service to Defence personnel and their guests.
•  Assist with bar service, stock control, and point-of-sale operations.
• Keep service and preparation areas clean, safe, and welcoming.
• Follow company policies and food safety standards to ensure quality.
• Grow your hospitality skills with varied shifts and supportive team culture.

The Person:

• Current NSW RSA; prior bar experience highly regarded.
•  Well-organised, self-motivated, and confident working independently.
• Strong attention to detail, excellent organisational skills, and clear communication.
• Positive, can-do attitude with a passion for delivering exceptional service.
• Solid understanding of hygiene practices and food safety standards.
