THE POSITION

• Assist front of house Barista & Cafe service in food production areas
• Help maintain cleanliness and organisation front of house
• Support with kitchen duties during peak hours
• Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system for customer transactions
• Serve food and beverages to customers including Barista made coffees
• Provide excellent customer service and ensure a positive dining experience
• Good communication skills with a team-first mentality

THE PERSON 

• Good communication skills with a team-first mentality
• Great work ethic with flexibility and willingness to multi-task 
• Previous Catering Assistant experience preferred
• 1 year barista experience -400+ Coffees daily made
• Baseline Security Clearance
• Be reliable, well-organised and full of passion for what you do
• Team player and able to work autonomously
• Knowledge of HACCP
• Physically fit and reliable
• National Police Clearance
