The Role:

• Comfortable producing high-quality consistent coffees, with speed!
• Excellent communication, with superior customer service skills.
• Ensuring that the machine is maintained at optimal efficiency.
• Calibrating the grind at regular intervals.
• Provide a warm, friendly, and welcoming style of service to our amazing customers.

The Person:

• You are a coffee aficionado with a passion for a supreme customer experience.
• You get to know your regulars and know their order by heart.
• You love a chat and can demonstrate assurance around your coffee expertise.
• You are highly polished and can thrive within a corporate environment.
• Have or be open to obtain a National Police Check.
