- $80,690 plus 11.5% superannuation
- The role is located in Falls Creek, Victoria

The Position:
- Prepare and cook high-quality meals in a busy, fast-paced kitchen at a premier ski resort
- Follow menu plans and recipes set by the Head Chef, ensuring consistency and quality
- Support daily kitchen operations by maintaining cleanliness, food safety, and allergen protocols
- Monitor portion control and assist in reducing food waste
- Present dishes to a high standard with attention to detail
- Work collaboratively with the kitchen team and communicate effectively with front of house staff
The Person:
- Must have a Cert III in Commercial Cookery
- Experience working in a fast-paced, quality-driven kitchen environment
- Strong attention to detail in food preparation, presentation, and consistency
- Passion for cooking with fresh, seasonal, and locally sourced ingredients
- Able to adapt dishes to suit dietary requirements and special requests
- Knowledge of food safety standards, allergen management and infection control
