The Role:

• Producing consistent high-quality Barista coffee.
• Lead by example with high quality and exceptional customer service.
• Comfortable producing high-quality consistent coffees, with speed
• Excellent communication, with great customer service skills.
• Ensuring that the machine is maintained at optimal efficiency.
• Provide a warm, friendly, and welcoming style of service to our amazing customers.

The Person:

• You are a coffee aficionado with a passion for an excellent customer experience.
• You’ll have a strong work ethic, taking pride in the service, you provide – you’ll be willing to learn and be part of a fast-paced dynamic team.
• You love a chat and can demonstrate assurance around your coffee expertise.
• You are highly polished and can thrive within a corporate environment.
• Full time Australian working rights (Due to the setting of this environment the successful candidate will be required to obtain a National Police Check).
