$67,500 per annum plus superannuation

Restaurant Associates has an enviable track record, working with some of the most prestigious venues and corporations in the world. From grand gala events, corporate cocktail parties to intimate gatherings, we provide bespoke food solutions and exceptional dining experiences.

We are seeking a professional and reliable Boardroom Attendant with strong barista and latte art experience to support corporate meetings and day‑to‑day lounge service.

This role is well suited to someone who is comfortable working independently most of the time, can manage their workload effectively, and enjoys delivering calm, polished service in a professional environment.

THE POSITION

• Preparing and serving barista‑quality coffee, including latte art
• Independently managing the boardroom lounge and meeting service
• Setting up, servicing, and clearing boardrooms and meeting spaces
• Collecting and setting up catering for meetings and events
• Managing time effectively to meet schedules and service expectations
• Maintaining cleanliness and presentation of coffee machines, pantries, and boardrooms
• Monitoring stock levels and performing basic coffee machine care

THE PERSON

• Proven barista experience with confident latte art skills (essential)
• Comfortable working solo and taking ownership of your day
• Strong time management and organisational skills
• Professional, well‑presented, and discreet
• Able to work calmly and efficiently — this is not a fast‑paced hospitality environment, and there will be quieter periods in the lounge
• Experience in corporate or premium hospitality environments preferred
