The Position:
Join our dynamic team as a Business Development Manager, reporting into our Senior Manager of Business Development ; where you'll play a pivotal role in driving growth and sales strategy across the Healthcare, Senior Living, and IFMS sectors. In this exciting position, you'll leverage your expertise to identify and convert direct sales opportunities, nurturing our existing client relationships while also tapping into new markets.
Your strategic insights will help build and maintain a robust pipeline of multi-year opportunities, ensuring we remain a leader in our industry. Additionally, you'll be integral in retaining contracts during re-tender processes, all while championing our commitment to a culture of safety. You will partner with key stakeholders in operations, commercial and other support departments to ensure we remain competitive and best in class with our service offering.
