Reporting to the Workplace Experience Manager, this is a hands-on role responsible for coordinating and supporting facilities and workplace services within a corporate environment. The role focuses on ensuring the smooth day-to-day delivery of workplace, maintenance, and support services in line with contractual and operational requirements.
You will work closely with internal teams, suppliers, and stakeholders to maintain a safe, compliant, and high-performing workplace, while driving continuous improvement across facilities operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, develop, and support the Business Services team, proactively managing day-to-day performance and operational personnel requirements
- Support client asset management processes, coordinating asset additions, moves, disposals, and annual audits to ensure accuracy and compliance
- Support workplace projects and operational activities, including office moves, mobilisation, and demobilisation
- Coordinate day-to-day facilities operations, ensuring the workplace is safe, functional, and maintained to a high standard
- Manage planned and reactive maintenance activities, including logging, prioritising, and tracking work orders
- Conduct regular site inspections to identify maintenance issues, hazards, and improvement opportunities, ensuring compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards
- Coordinate and manage contractors and service providers, ensuring works are delivered safely, on time, and to required standards
- Act as a key point of contact for workplace-related requests and incidents, ensuring timely resolution
- Support workplace services including office moves, space changes, meeting room coordination, and front-of-house services including reception, concierge, and guest experience
The Person:
- Strong leadership capability with experience managing and developing teams
- Experience in facilities coordination, workplace services, or a similar environment
- Proven ability to build and maintain effective relationships with clients and stakeholders
- Strong organisational, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage competing priorities and perform effectively in a dynamic environment
- Proactive, solutions-focused mindset with strong attention to detail
- High level of professionalism and customer service focus
Skills & Experience:
- Experience in a facilities, workplace, or corporate services environment
- Exposure to maintenance coordination, contractor management, or IFM environments highly regarded
- Experience with reporting, compliance, and operational processes
- Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills
- Flexible approach with a strong work ethic
- Police clearance required
