Restaurant Associates has an enviable track record, working with some of the most prestigious venues and corporations in the world. From grand gala events, corporate cocktail parties to intimate gatherings, we provide bespoke food solutions and exceptional dining experiences.
Due to growth and expansion of our services, we are excited to be launching a new site under our Restaurant Associates sector in Perth! We’re on the hunt for an experienced Cafe Chef to lead a premium corporate catering operation! This full-time role is perfect for a chef who thrives in a professional, fast-paced environment and is passionate about delivering high-end dining experiences.
You’ll be leading culinary operations for a prestigious corporate client, focusing on fine dining, executive catering, and polished corporate events, with occasional evening functions.
THE POSITION:
- We are looking for a passionate, dedicated & experienced Chef, to play a pivotal role in providing onsite catering to our corporate guests whilst offering an exceptional level of customer service
- Showcasing seasonal produce, sustainability, local producers & the latest industry trends
- This role will see you creating exceptional dining experiences within the corporate arena, and the opportunity to advance your culinary career.
- Help guide and mentor the team to deliver to the highest standards
- Champion the significance and accurate implementation of allergy awareness controls
- Comply with OH&S and food safety guidelines
THE PERSON:
- Must hold a Certificate 3 or 4 in Commercial Cookery
- Great communication and customer service skills
- Have experience in a comparable venue environment including multi-venue catering
- A proven ability to deliver a range of menus including canapes, plated dinners, buffets, corporate meetings, and themed special events
- Comfortable working with and leading a small team to deliver dynamic and creative events to the clients
- Thorough knowledge of all kitchen procedures and operations, and ability to design and implement new systems and processes
- Strong attention and respect for OH&S, Food Safety & HACCP regulations
