We’re seeking Chefs at all levels – from Commis to Head Chef – to join Chartwells

• Casual, Part-Time and Full-Time roles available

THE POSITION

• Prepare fresh, nutritious meals for students
• Contribute to menu ideas using local ingredients
• Monitor stock and minimise wastage
• Adhere to hygiene standards and following proper food handling practices
• Deliver healthy choices and guidance to the future generation

THE PERSON

• Minimum Cert. III Commercial Cookery
• Current Working with Children Check, or ability to obtain
• Experience with cooking in bulk quantities
• Strong understanding of allergen management and food safety
• Passionate about healthy and nutritious food
