The Position

• Creating memorable service experiences for our Lounge guests
• Clearing tables as well as ensuring buffet service areas are clean and tidy
• Develop skills in Barista and bar
• Food Prep
• Loading and unloading service trolleys - glassware, cutlery, plates and crockery
• Maintain standards of hygiene for food handling and presentation.
• Promote a safe workplace by recognising hazards and promoting general OHS practices

The Person

• A friendly, customer-focused attitude with the strive to provide total customer satisfaction.
• Initiative to ensure that interactions with our customers are positive, intuitive and efficient.
• Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) Certification.
• Previous customer service or hospitality experience.
• A high standard of grooming and personal presentation.
• The ability and flexibility to work various rostered shifts, including early mornings, evenings and weekends.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask. 
• A positive team player and guest-centric mindset.
