Catering Assistant  

$25.86 + 25%casual loading

• Monday-Friday roster (5 am- 1 pm)

THE POSITION

• Assist the chef in food production and preparation
• Must be able to work as part of a team
• Help maintain cleanliness and organisation in the kitchen
• Use a commercial dishwasher
• Support with kitchen duties during peak hours
• Provide excellent customer service and ensure a positive dining experience this includes assisting with the serving of meals during the shift you are rostered on
• Assist with deliveries including pack away ensuring correct stock rotation processes are followed
• Provide excellent customer service and ensure a positive dining experience

THE PERSON

• A passion for food and delivering exceptional customer service 
• Must be available especially across the snow season
• Strong communication skills and professional personal presentation
• Excellent communication skills and confident in working independently
• Previous experience in kitchen support or customer service preferred
• Strong work ethic 
• Must provide valid WWCC and police check
