The Position:

• Guide and lead the team throughout their shift 
• Liaise with management/client to ensure all expectations are met
• Be the point of contact for any issues that may arise
• Maintain a safe and clean environment throughout the venue
• Providing exceptional customer service  

The Person:

• Previous experience in a supervisory role or managing a team
• Excellent Time Management skills and well-rounded people skills.

• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to multitask and prioritise in a fast-paced environment.
• A passion for food and delivering exceptional customer service 
• Excellent communication skills and confidence in working with Microsoft Office
• Current Working with Children Check, or ability to obtain as well as RSA
