The Position:
Guide and lead the team throughout their shift
Liaise with management/client to ensure all expectations are met
Be the point of contact for any issues that may arise
Maintain a safe and clean environment throughout the venue
Providing exceptional customer service
The Person:
Previous experience in a supervisory role or managing a team
Excellent Time Management skills and well-rounded people skills.
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to multitask and prioritise in a fast-paced environment.
A passion for food and delivering exceptional customer service
Excellent communication skills and confidence in working with Microsoft Office
Current Working with Children Check, or ability to obtain as well as RSA
