Catering Supervisor / Chef Manager / Cook– Maroochydore

We’re on the lookout for a dynamic Hospitality Leader and an enthusiastic Cook to join our team and take charge of an energising breakfast buffet experience in a vibrant hotel setting. THE POSITIONS:

• Utilize Compass systems for inventory management, rostering etc. 
• Lead and support the team throughout each shift
• High-volume cooking with a set menu, a great opportunity for someone who enjoys consistency, efficiency, and teamwork
• Maintain a strong customer focus, responding to feedback with a positive and proactive approach
• Support daily cleaning routines and accurately record temperatures and allergen information

THE PERSON

• Demonstrated success in a similar role within the hospitality industry
• Proactive and willing to take initiative to support the team and take on additional tasks as needed
• Strong understanding of kitchen operations and procedures
• Genuine passion for and knowledge of WHS, Food Safety, and HACCP standards
• Skilled in managing B2B customer and client relationships
• Reliable personal transport is preferred
