The Position

• Preparing and serving coffee, beverages, and basic food preparation 
• Guide and lead the team throughout their shift
• Assisting the Lounge Manager with day-to-day operations
• Maintain focus on providing excellent guest experience at all times
• Lead, mentor and train the food & beverage team

The Person

• A current RSA
• Willingness to obtain Responsible Management of Licensed Venues (RMLV)/Approved Manager certification
• Experience with Food & Beverage
• Own reliable transport is preferred 
• Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to high standards
• Punctual, reliable, and trustworthy
• Safety mindset
• Well-groomed and professional in appearance.
• Contribute to the team with strong communication skills, high energy and a goal oriented focus
