We are thrilled to announce an exceptional job opportunity at a First/Business Class Airport Lounge, as a Chef, starting in the new year. Join our esteemed team and provide unparalleled service to our guests in a prestigious airport lounge setting.

The Position

• A Chef role at a premium airport lounge
• Preparing the service with delicious food using first class produce
• Ensure all catering controls are in place, and wastage is kept to a minimum
• Maintain high standards of food hygiene, safety, infection control and cleanliness in accordance with Compass standards
• Deliver to our client and customers high expectations of a premium experience

The Person

• Minimum certificate III in Commercial Cookery
• Available to work a range of hours including weekends and public holidays
• Comfortable working under pressure
• Willingness to learn all kitchen procedures and operations
• Knowledge of Food Safety & HACCP regulations
• Safety first mindset and ability to participate safely in a kitchen environment

Able to obtain an ASIC (WE COVER THE COST)
