THE POSITION
A full time Chef role at a premium airport lounge
Preparing the service with delicious food using first class produce
Ensure OH&S compliance, adhering to safe work practices and food handling procedures.
Ensure all catering controls are in place, and wastage is kept to a minimum.
Maintain high standards of food hygiene, safety, infection control and cleanliness in accordance with Compass standards.
THE PERSON
Advanced Allergen & Food Safety Knowledge
Strong hands-on high-volume production kitchen experience
Excellent presentation, communication, time management skills.
Sound knowledge of traditional and current food trends
Flexible work ethic and adaptable to business demand and last-minute changes
A highly structured and organised approach, managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
