The Position

• Prepare and deliver fresh, high-quality meals that students and staff enjoy every day.
• Take ownership of daily kitchen operations, ensuring consistency, efficiency and exceptional food standards.
• Lead, mentor and support kitchen team members to create a positive and collaborative culture.
• Maintain the highest standards of food safety, hygiene and OH&S compliance.
• Manage stock, ordering and food costs to maximise kitchen performance.
• Bring your passion for food to a role that offers the rare combination of culinary fulfilment and genuine work-life balance.

The Person

• Certificate III in Commercial Cookery (or equivalent).
• Proven experience working as a Chef in a fast-paced commercial kitchen.
• Confident producing high-volume meals without compromising on quality, flavour or presentation.
• Strong understanding of food safety, kitchen compliance and best-practice procedures.
• Excellent organisation skills with the ability to manage competing priorities.
• A hands-on team player who takes pride in their craft and enjoys leading by example.
• Able to obtain a paid Blue Card.
