THE POSITION

• Prepare, cook and serve meals in line with procedures
• Apply catering control principles; food safety, waste minimisation and cleaning
• Responsible for maintaining food safety documents
• Stock control and rotation
• Excellent customer service and communication skills

THE PERSON

• Knowledge of food hygiene & OH&S
• Excellent time management, organisational, communication skills
• Commitment to drive a positive and sustainable safety culture
• Certificate 3 or 4 in Commercial Cookery (or another Chef qualification) 
• Must be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 and Influenza (or willing to be)
• Possess a National Police Clearance or a Working with Vulnerable People Check (or be willing to obtain one)
• Willing to undergo a serology clearance
