Full time Chef

$34 per hour + 12% Super

• Monday to Friday role - 6:30am to 2:30pm
• Located in Clayton - On site parking

The Position

• Preparation, cooking and presentation of food ensuring an exceptional standard across our menus and daily specials
• Actively maintain a complete awareness and desire for nutrition and healthy eating
• Championing the significance of allergy awareness and ensuring controls are adhered to
• Ensure cleaning, temperature recording and allergy recording are adhered to at all times 
• Good communication skills with a team-first mentality

The Person:

• Certificate III or higher in Commercial Cookery
• Talent and drive to work under pressure, unsupervised and to tight deadlines
• Strong attention to detail, and ability to communicate to juniors & senior members of staff
• Excellent knowledge of all kitchen procedures and operations
• Passion for understanding WHS, Food Safety & HACCP regulations
