THE POSITION

• Food preparation with a strong focus on food safety and allergen control 
• Breakfast and lunch menu
• Adhere to policies and procedures in record keeping 
• Always uphold the fantastic customer focus, responding to feedback positively and proactively

THE PERSON

• Able to use own initiative to help others and carry out extra tasks when required
• Talent and drive to work under pressure, unsupervised and to tight deadlines
• Excellent knowledge of all kitchen procedures and operations
• Passion for understanding WHS, Food Safety & HACCP regulations
