The Position:

• Execute a diverse menu that complements our craft beer and cocktail selections.
• Working within a dynamic kitchen team, promoting a culture of creativity, excellence, and teamwork.
• Work with our team to stay ahead of culinary trends and industry developments, bringing new ideas and techniques to enhance our menu and elevate our dining experience.
• Manage inventory effectively, optimising stock levels and minimizing waste to enhance efficiency and profitability.

The Person:

• Minimum 3 Years experience in a high-volume kitchen environment.
• An exceptional communicator that works well both independently and as a team.
• Ability to execute innovative, modern, trend forward menus.
