• Monday to Friday 6am to 2pm.
• Busy site canteen.

The Position:

• Prepare, cook, and present food to exceptional standards across menus and daily specials.
• Maintain kitchen cleanliness and adhere to food safety standards.
• Work autonomously to ensure smooth kitchen operations.
• Promote nutrition and healthy eating awareness.
• Control food costs through portion control, waste minimization, and stock management.
• Ensure safe production of high-quality products while following food safety guidelines.

The Person:

• Chef’s Trade Qualifications.
• Ability to work independently within budget.
• POS system experience (preferred).
• Strong kitchen operations knowledge.
• Attention to detail and passion for OHS, Food Safety, and HACCP regulations.
