THE POSITION:

• Winter season work in a stunning snowfields location
• Fun, supportive team and a lively atmosphere
• Assist in the preparation, bulk cooking, and presentation of meals to a consistently high standard across a variety of group settings
• Cater for large school groups, corporate functions, and general day-to-day guests
• Ensure meals meet dietary requirements and allergen controls, especially when catering for children
• Maintain high standards of hygiene, food safety, and presentation in line with HACCP and internal guidelines
• The ultimate work-snow-repeat lifestyle

THE PERSON:

• Cert III in Commercial Cookery (essential)
• Food Safety Supervisor certification (highly regarded)
• Proven experience in bulk or high-volume cooking environments (service-ready and calm under pressure)
• Strong understanding of allergen management and dietary needs, particularly in settings involving children
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate with both junior and senior kitchen staff
• Passionate about fresh food with an eye for quality and presentation
• Ability to work nights, weekends & peak periods
• Reliability, good vibes, and a strong work ethic
