THE POSITION

  • Contribute to menu ideas
  • Monitor stock and minimize wastage
  • Adhere to hygiene standards and follow proper food handling practices

THE PERSON

  • Hold current Australian Working Rights 
  • Chef qualifications that are recognised in Australia / certified in Australia
  • Cert III Commercial Cookery or equivalent
  • WWCC & CHC: Working With Children Check & Criminal History Check
