$85,000 Annually Based + 12% Superannuation

We're launching an exciting new Eurest site in Northmead and seeking a passionate, innovative Chef Manager to build, lead, and inspire a high-performing kitchen team. This is more than a Chef Manager role. It's a rare opportunity to create a food destination from the ground up and bring your vision to life. Work corporate hours from Monday to Friday - 6:30am to 2:00pm, take back your evenings and weekends.

THE POSITION:
- Hands on planning, supervising, and managing the food production and menu based onsite
- Responsible for stock control, budgets, weekly reporting and staff mentoring and training - both front and back of house
- Building and leveraging positive customer and client relationships to achieve our partnership objectives
- Manage finances within a budget & maintain efficient operations
- Ensure contract compliance is met and understanding of the scope of work required (including all OH&S compliance)
THE PERSON:
- Minimum Cert IV in Commercial Cookery qualification
- Thorough understanding of allergens management and Food Safety policies and procedures
- Good understanding of the NSW healthy eating framework
- Experience with full P&L Management
- Menu creation, costing and roster management
- Must have experience worked in bulk produce within a fast paced high volume environment
- Strong people management skills & ability to deliver a high standard of customer focused service - this is also a client facing role
- Contract management and client relationship experience highly regarded
- Intermediate computer/Microsoft office skills
* The successful applicant will be required to hold or obtain a National Police Check
