Key Duties
Plan, supervise, and oversee menu-based catering for up to 50 people
Successfully managing, mentoring and developing your culinary team including kitchen hands, cooks and chefs
Deliver to our client's high expectations of a premium experience
Champion the significance and accurate implementation of allergy awareness controls
Maintaining a high standard of food hygiene, safety and cleanliness
The Person
Unwavering passion for food, cooking, and creating nutritious meals
Proven experience leading, mentoring, and developing high-performing teams
Skilled in stock control, ordering, budgeting, and food cost management
Committed to sustainable practices and sourcing local produce
Experienced in overseeing daily operations, staff training, and performance management; Certificate III in Commercial Cookery
