THE POSITION

• Assisting and oversee the preparation, cooking and presentation ensuring that the food you offer at the site is delivered to an exceptional standard across our menus and daily specials.
• Actively maintain a complete awareness and desire for nutrition and healthy eating.
• Championing the significance of allergy awareness and ensuring controls are adhered to.
• Influencing food costs via portion control, waste minimisation & stock control.
• Ensure the safe production of a high-quality product without comprise to the food safety guidelines provided.

THE PERSON

• Chef's Trade Qualifications.
• Must be able to work autonomously as only chef on site.
• Must be comfortable with customer interaction and using the POS from time to time.
• Strong attention to detail, and ability to communicate to juniors & senior members of staff.
• An applied knowledge and passion for understanding OHS, Food Safety & HACCP regulations.
