Join our team as a skilled Chef De Partie at the Garden Restaurant in the National Gallery of Victoria! Elevate the a la carte experience and create unforgettable dining moments in a vibrant, artistic setting. We want to hear from you!

The Position:

• A La Carte restaurant service experience essential.
• Daily operations of the Garden Restaurant kitchen providing high quality seated lunches.
• Predominately lunch service with evening services as business requires.
• 5 days out of 7, occasional weekends, flexibility required.
• Ambition and support to make this a true destination restaurant.

The Person:

• Certificate III Commercial Cookery or equivalent, with +2 years of experience in a similar role.
• Pasta making experience desirable.
• Mediterranean/Modern Australian food background desirable.
• Comfortable working under pressure, unsupervised and to tight deadlines.
• Strong attention and respect for OH&S, Food Safety & HACCP regulations.
