THE POSITION:
Create memorable dining experiences by preparing and presenting mouth-watering meals made from fresh, high-quality ingredients.
Lead the way in safety by strictly following OH&S regulations, safe work practices, and gold-standard food handling procedures.
Drive operational excellence by managing catering controls smartly and minimising waste without compromising on quality.
Set the benchmark for cleanliness with impeccable food hygiene, spotless workspaces, and top-tier infection control—meeting and exceeding both Compass and Toyota standards.
THE PERSON:
Qualified with Certificate III & IV in Commercial Cookery, backed by over 5 years of hands-on experience in high-energy, fast-paced kitchen environments
Versatile culinary skills across both buffet-style and à la carte service, with sharp time management and a strong focus on allergen safety
Well-versed in HACCP principles and committed to maintaining the highest standards in food safety and handling
Genuinely passionate about food, with a strong drive to deliver outstanding dining experiences and exceptional customer service every time
