We are currently seeking passionate and qualified Chefs to join our Melbourne  Airport Lounges Casual Pool team. This is a unique opportunity to work in a dynamic, high-profile environment while enjoying the flexibility to choose your shifts.

The Position:   

• Prepare, cook, and present high-quality meals for the premium airport lounges. 
   
• Ensure strict compliance with food safety, allergen awareness, and dietary requirements
   
• Maintain a high standard of kitchen cleanliness and organisation
   
• Work closely with Head Chefs, Chef Managers, and Lounge Managers to exceed guest expectations
   
• Adhere to OH&S requirements and actively contribute to waste minimisation

The Person:  

•   Certificate III in Commercial Cookery (minimum requirement)
•   Minimum two years’ experience as a Chef de Partie or higher within a corporate dining, fine dining, or five-star hotel setting
•   Exceptional communication skills and a passion for premium hospitality
•   High energy, professional presentation, and the ability to thrive under pressure
•   Willingness to obtain an ASIC (Aviation Security Identification Card) – cost covered by Compass Group 
•     Ability to obtain a National Police Check
