Collaborate within a dedicated team in a unique environment as a Chef at RAAF Williamtown. This role is ideal for a chef who enjoys bulk cooking, supporting lunch and dinner service, and occasional functions, while working within a small, supportive team.

The Position
• Full-time lunch and dinner chef role, with occasional functions
• Five-day roster with weekend rotation (predominantly Sunday–Thursday, TBC)
• Evening shifts finishing at 7:30pm, with no split shifts or late nights
• Work within a small, supportive kitchen team at RAAF Williamtown
• Stable, predictable roster supporting strong work-life balance

Key Responsibilities
• Prepare high-quality buffet-style meals for lunch, dinner and functions
• Maintain food safety, OH&S and HACCP standards
• Support inventory management, stock control and cold room checks
• Deliver consistent quality, presentation and service

The Person
• Certificate III in Commercial Cookery
• Previous experience in commercial kitchens with bulk cooking & A La Carte
• Sound knowledge of HACCP, allergen management and food safety
• Passion for quality, presentation and teamwork
• Reliable, organised and safety-focused
