• Monday – Thursday: 8-4pm, Friday: 10.30-6.30pm

THE POSITION

• Preparing and presenting fresh, nutritious meals for 220 boarding students.
• Producing high-quality catering for school functions, events and special occasions.
• Supporting the Head Chef with daily kitchen operations and food preparation.
• Ensuring food is prepared to consistently high standards of taste, presentation and quality.
• Assisting with menu preparation, food production planning and stock control.
• Contributing ideas and creativity to menu development and function catering.

THE PERSON

• Is a qualified chef or has demonstrated commercial kitchen experience.
• Takes pride in producing fresh, quality food.
• Can work efficiently in a busy service environment.
• Has strong organisational and time-management skills.
• Understands food safety and hygiene requirements.
• Brings a positive attitude and passion for hospitality.
