THE POSITION
Chef duties: Food preparation, cooking, and presentation of all food offerings
Actively maintain a complete awareness and desire for nutrition and healthy eating as well as allergens and dietary requirements
Ensure all OH&S compliance is achieved, and wastage is kept to a minimum
Excellent customer service and communication skills
THE PERSON
Previous experience working in the aged care or healthcare sector is highly favourable
Excellent knowledge of allergens and dietary requirements
Cert III in Commercial Cookery
National Police Check (obtained, or willing to obtain)
