Casual Chef

$35.15 p/h + Penalty Rates + 12% Super

• Penalty rates on Saturdays and Sundays
• Penalty rates between 7pm - 7am
• Must be flexible/full rotating roster

The Role

• Preparing the service with delicious food using first class produce
• Ensure OH&S compliance, adhering to safe work practices and food handling procedures.
• Ensure all catering controls are in place, and wastage is kept to a minimum.
• Maintain high standards of food hygiene, safety, infection control and cleanliness in accordance with Compass standards.

The Person

• Certificate III in Commercial Cookery (minimum)
• Experience in production, buffet and a la carte service preferred.
• A passion for food and exceptional customer service
• A flexible approach to fortnightly roster pattern
• ASIC security clearance card or a willingness to obtain. (We will provide)
