The Position:

• Mainly daytime shifts with nighttime functions
• Assist Sous Chefs in running daily kitchen operations across assigned outlets.
• Step in to lead the kitchen or cover for the Executive Chef and Sous Chefs when needed.
• Supervise section prep and food service to maintain high quality standards.
• Ensure consistent food presentation and precise portion control for every dish.
• Help plan and execute menus, including daily café specials and catering orders.

The Person:

• Minimum of 4 to 5 years of professional culinary experience.
• Proven background working in function and catering environments.
• Deep understanding of food safety standards, including temperature danger zones, allergens, labeling, and storage protocols.
• Ability to work alone and unsupervised while still following overall direction.
• Excellent leadership, team building, communication skills, and ability to work under pressure.
