THE POSITION

• Prepare fresh, nutritious meals in bulk to support our buffet-style service
• Contribute to menu ideas using local, seasonal ingredients while minimizing food waste
• Maintain stock levels and adhere to hygiene and food safety standards
• Deliver healthy meal options and nutritional guidance to students
• Baking skills are essential for preparing our in-house baked goods

THE PERSON

• Minimum Cert. III Commercial Cookery
• Current Working with Children Check, or ability to obtain
• 5 years  experience as a chef & experience with cooking in bulk quantities
• Confident working with dietary requirements and allergen management protocols
• Passionate about healthy and nutritious food
